Description
Human Choroid Plexus Epithelial Cells (HCPEpiC) from Creative Bioarray are isolated from human choroid plexus. HCPEpiC are cryopreserved after purification and delivered frozen. Each vial contains >5 x 10^5 cells in 1 ml volume. HCPEpiC are characterized by immunofluorescent method with antibodies to cytokeratin-18, -19 and vimentin. HCPEpiC are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HCPEpiC are guaranteed to further expand for 5 population doublings in the conditions specified by Creative Bioarray.
