Antibody Arrays
Antibody microarrays provide a
high-throughput platform for accurate profiling of protein
expressions. Our pathway focused antibody microarrays and PF
phosphorylation antibody microarrays are designed for
researchers to study highly relevant proteins in their specific
research fields. The antibodies are covalently immobilized on
high quality glass surface coated with our proprietary 3-D
polymer materials to ensure high binding efficiency and
specificity. The arrays are suitable for multiple detection
methods including fluorescent, colorimetric and
chemiluminescent. All scanners that accept 3" x 1" slides would
work with our arrays. Here is a list of major scanner companies
with compatible scanners: Molecular Devices (Axon), Agilent,
Perkin Elmar, Vidar Systems, Innopsys and Alpha Innotech Each
slide consists of an array of well-characterized antibodies with
six replicates and multiple positive and negative controls.
Antibody arrays and antibody array assay kits are sold
separately.
